The University Hospital of Dongdi was once regarded as the benchmark among university hospitals in the country, but in recent years it has fallen into a quagmire of unspeakable actions, medical errors, and factional struggles, leading to a dramatic decline in its reputation. The ambition to seize the position of the new president and consolidate vast powers to restore the hospital's brand image falls into the hands of none other than Hirama Shogo (played by Nishida Toshiyuki), who has harbored grudges against the main character unknown to him, played by Ryoko Yonekura, for many years.
