Zhen, who is studying abroad in the UK, leads a peaceful and happy campus life. However, her life changes forever when she inadvertently witnesses a member of the Yamaguchi-gumi kill an elderly man and gets caught up in the vortex of gang-related vendettas. When the member kills the head of Chinatown, Big Lung, he unexpectedly encounters Zhen again. The police notice that Zhen seems to know him, so they take her back for questioning.
