The ninja army led by Kuroshovel Shoko (played by Shoji Kobayashi) fails in their mission, and Yagyu Sayaka (played by Yoshiyo Matsuo) leads her band of female assassins to continue tracking down the whereabouts of Bai Yidao and his son. The blue jade manufacturing secret of the Awa domain was stolen by the shogunate, prompting Bai Yidao (played by Tomi Yoshikawa) to be hired to assassinate the thief. Throughout their journey, Bai Yidao and his son face continuous assaults from Yagyu Sayaka's female assassin corps, but they manage to fend them off one by one. As Bai Yidao boards a ship for escort, Yagyu Sayaka follows closely behind. The perceptive bodyguards, the Benten Brothers, set the ship on fire and escape, allowing Bai Yidao and his son, alongside Sayaka, to narrowly escape. The Benten Brothers flee to the desert, defeating the Awa domain assassins waiting there, but ultimately cannot avoid a duel to the death with Bai Yidao...
