Four brave individuals once again traverse back into the perilous game world, embarking on a brand new adventure. Unlike last time, Spencer's grandfather transforms into the mighty Doctor Bravestone (played by Dwayne Johnson), while his grandfather's friend becomes the linguist (played by Kevin Hart). The tall and imposing Fridge turns into a middle-aged, out-of-shape geologist (played by Jack Black), and only the studious Martha continues to be the sexy fighter (played by Karen Gillan), while Spencer and Bethany are nowhere to be found. To rescue their missing friends, the four must enter the chaotic unknown world and face extremely challenging and dangerous levels with deadly obstacles. Johnson leads the group on a high-stakes adventure to conquer the challenges. In a crisis where danger lurks and fierce beasts appear unexpectedly, they must stay alert and work together to pass the life-or-death tests and escape with their lives.
