The story takes place in the Thunderbolt team training center located in Seattle. Allen (Adrianne Palicki), Ward (Ty Olsson), and Hall (Sam Jaeger) are core members of the team. One day, the team received a tip-off about drug dealings taking place in an abandoned cargo center, and they quickly launched into action, catching the transaction in the act. After a fierce gunfight, the team members found a man bound in a container; his name is Scorpion (Michael Jai White), and he has a chip implanted in his arm that contains all the gang's criminal evidence. Scorpion becomes the most important witness for the Thunderbolt team, and the gang, of course, won't let this go unpunished, sending various assassins to launch a fierce attack on the training center.
