Seven FBI members including Sarah (played by Kathryn Morris), Nicole (played by Patricia Velasquez), and Lucas (played by Jonny Lee Miller) arrive at the remote island of Fuego, not far from California, under the guidance of senior instructor Jake Harris (played by Val Kilmer). They will conduct a drill in a virtual town on the island, using deduction to identify a serial killer nicknamed 'The Puppeteer.' This group of highly skilled agents sees the isolated island trip as a boring vacation. However, their arrogance does not last long. What began as a routine reasoning exercise starts to feature dead bodies, and all escape routes are cut off, leaving everyone completely isolated on the island. The drill soon transforms into a meticulously orchestrated killing game...
