The powerful and skilled Roman Hurst (played by Bren Foster) is a formidable warrior under the command of the gangster Alexander (played by Steven Seagal). Alexander takes on others' contracts, using brutal violence to eliminate the traitors and rivals his clients want to get rid of. However, during a dangerous operation, he is misled and kills the wrong target, leading to severe punishment and being kicked out. Left disabled and despairing, he ends up living in a small restaurant, struggling to survive. A year later, Alexander partners with the Ice Man (played by Ving Rhames) and his African American gang, the 60 Gang. The Ice Man is arrogant and reckless, aggressively expanding, triggering intense gunfights that threaten Alexander’s business. Responding to Alexander's call, the resentful Hurst returns to the dark underworld...
