While sweeping the grave, Xiaoqi (played by Mai Yutong) accidentally touches a forbidden evil formation and goes missing. Anxious, Shengxin and her grandmother (played by Pei Xiaolan) return to the house, which even police officers have whispered about as being haunted, to search for Xiaoqi. They unexpectedly discover that the third floor, which the grandmother has long forbidden anyone to approach and was boarded up, has been broken open. In that eerily familiar room, Shengxin begins to be tormented by evil spirits. Senior Ah Zhi (played by Liu Weichen), who plans to look for his friend Xiaoqi, encounters Shengxin in the house. Both are eager to find Xiaoqi but accidentally stumble into an alternate space that is identical to the house but flipped and reversed. A series of incredible ghostly shadows lead them to an ancient well in the courtyard, preparing to reveal a long-buried terrifying secret...
