The energetic pop diva J (played by Joey Yung) rushes through various types of work every day, leading a busy life that leaves her breathless. When she takes off her glamorous stage outfit and wipes off her makeup, her body and mind feel exhausted and blank. Yet filled with ambition for her career, she hopes to expand her domestic market and reach new heights. After meeting blind masseur Hu Ming (played by Hu Ge), she reignites her passion for life and begins to grow weary of her hectic work, which her manager Man (played by Chapman To) fiercely opposes to protect J's diva status. R (played by Linda Lam), who rises to fame overnight and is viewed as a formidable newcomer threatening J, has a complex relationship with the glamorous performing arts world; she both yearns for and fears it, but the distance between her and her low-wage boyfriend K (played by Steven Chan) grows, making it impossible to maintain their relationship.
