In the 18th century, a poor coastal agricultural community in England survived under the King’s hefty taxes, thanks to a smuggling group created by a masked leader known as 'Scarecrow'. The group's success prompted King George to order General Pug of the Royal Army to capture and execute the leader. It was a battle of wits and action, and Scarecrow had to win this fight not only to save his own life but also to protect the lives of his men, while ensuring that the crucial smuggling operations continued to run smoothly.
