In 1978, Joe, nicknamed 'Scorpion' (played by James Landry Hébert), and his accomplice Lenny (played by Michael Villar) had just robbed a bank, and on the way, they also took an innocent woman, Vivian Fontaine (played by Ashley Bell), hostage.
