In the year 2033, due to the impact of a comet, Earth has become a desert wasteland, and the entire planet has not seen a drop of rain for 11 years. The Water Power Company controls the remaining water resources, and those who do not comply are drained of their moisture to death. Tank Girl Rebecca's friends in the resistance are all killed by the Water Power Company, and Tank Girl is imprisoned in a concentration camp. In order to avenge her friends, Tank Girl teams up with Airplane Girl to escape, seize a tank and an airplane, and lead a group of mutant kangaroo people in a desperate counterattack to defeat the Water Power Company and save the Earth.
