The so-called most advanced extraterrestrial civilization in the Milky Way attempted to establish diplomatic relations with Earth, but a series of misunderstandings led to unexpected events. The extraterrestrial messenger's spaceship crashed into the atmosphere and ultimately landed in a world park in a city in China. Geng Hao (played by Huang Bo), who makes a living through monkey tricks, and his friend Da Fei (played by Shen Teng), a liquor dealer, mistakenly take the injured alien for a monkey from South America. With their own monkey injured, Geng Hao begins to train what he refers to as the 'Congo monkey.' Due to the loss of their superpower enhancement equipment, the alien's abilities cannot be displayed, and he is subjected to the antics and training of these two silly Earthlings. Nevertheless, he still tries to reclaim his equipment. On the other hand, a superpower that previously failed to communicate with the alien begins to search the world for the extraterrestrial messenger based on the information left behind. The fate of Earth heads in an unpredictable direction... This film is inspired by the science fiction novel 'Village Teacher' by Liu Cixin.
