In the 1940s, the fires of war ignited by the Nazis and their evil axis spread to every corner of the world. Steve Rogers (played by Chris Evans), a small man living in Brooklyn, is deeply concerned about his country and eager to fight for it, but his poor physique keeps him being rejected by the draft board. By chance, with the help of German scientist Dr. Erskine (played by Stanley Tucci), this small boy enters the military camp and undergoes the doctor's experiment, transforming into a tall, strong, and superhuman soldier. Meanwhile, John Schmidt (played by Hugo Weaving), the leader of the Nazi Red Skull army, builds a super battalion using supernatural powers, attempting to dominate the world.
