Mahesh (played by Mahesh Babu) grows up in the United States after his parents pass away and starts a loan agency. Mahesh uses a rather violent approach to collect debts from those who default on their loans. However, things begin to change when he falls in love with a woman named Karavati (played by Keerthi Suresh). Karavati deceitfully obtains a loan from Mahesh, claiming it is for her studies. However, Mahesh later discovers that she is actually a gambling addict. Realizing this, he tries to use coercive methods to recover her debts. As the story progresses, Mahesh eventually returns to India and encounters Karavati's father, Raj, who is a powerful politician and businessman living in Visakhapatnam, leading to an escalating conflict.
