 Synopsis
Yue Xihong (played by Gu Feng) is the evil leader of the Iron Ship Gang, whose infamous subordinates, the Thirteen Eagles, help him eliminate his enemies. Si Ma Xin (played by Yang Zhiqing) is a respected figure in the martial arts world and, being upright, naturally becomes a thorn in Yue Xihong's side. In the end, Si Ma Xin and his entire family meet their demise at the hands of the Thirteen Eagles. Qi Mingxing (played by Di Long) is a member of the Thirteen Eagles, and having retained a shred of kindness, he can no longer tolerate Yue Xihong's indiscriminate killings of innocents, thus he leaves the gang. Yue Xihong sees him as a traitor and orders his men to hunt him down relentlessly. During his escape, Qi Mingxing saves a young man, who turns out to be Zhuo Yifan (played by Fu Sheng), Si Ma Xin's son-in-law. The two righteous heroes hit it off and not only eliminate the assassins sent after them, but also return to the lair of Yue Xihong, vowing to rid the martial arts world of evil.
