The story begins with a female assassin named A-Zheng, code-named "Phoenix" (Ngo Thanh Van), who is instructed by a mafia boss known as Black Dragon to steal a laptop capable of hacking and controlling the Vinasat-1 satellite. This laptop has fallen into the hands of a French mafia. The "Sea" liaison group, consisting of A-Jun, A-Gang, A-Niu, A-Zheng, and her brother, purchased AK47 and AKS47 weapons from an arms smuggler.
