Synopsis

Firefighter Gordon (played by Arnold Schwarzenegger) has a wonderful and happy family. However, disaster strikes: terrorists from Colombia blow up a building in a bustling area of Los Angeles for their own purposes, and a delayed Gordon witnesses as the fire caused by the explosion burns his wife and children alive waiting for him in front of the building. Yet, the U.S. government only provides Gordon with four words of explanation - 'indirect harm.' Although Gordon runs around calling for justice to bring the culprits to justice, the Colombian authorities claim it was the work of guerrillas, and this group has been engaged in a civil war with the government army for the past 10 years. The government is powerless to arrest the bandits. The government's weak response completely infuriates Gordon, and he is determined to go to Colombia himself to find these terrorists and make them pay for their blood debts!
