Since Liang Kun (played by Wu Zhenyu) attempted to seize control of the Hongxing gang and failed, Chen Haonan (played by Zheng Yijian) has been gaining popularity. With the support of many, Haonan vows to take over as the leader of the Tongluowan. However, his growing influence attracts the jealousy of his rival Da Fei (played by Huang Qiusheng), who also joins the fray for control of the Tongluowan.
