"Back to School" is composed of three stories: "Scar", "Meeting", and "Study Room", and it is based on the once-popular true campus horror legends, bringing these ancient tales back to life in different times and spaces. The film starts with a scene of a girl named Peach waiting alone in the study room for her boyfriend. During the call, her boyfriend recounts two terrifying legends from the campus, but he doesn't show up until the end of the two stories. Meanwhile, a dark shadow slowly approaches Peach from behind, leading into the film's third story.
