Xuan Xuan (played by Yang Ziyan) is suffering from a terminal illness and knows that she doesn't have much time left. The only thing she can't let go of is a man named Wan Hao (played by Ma Junwei). She worries that after she is gone, no one will love him and take care of him like she does. Therefore, Xuan Xuan comes up with an idea; she decides to introduce her friend QIng Qing to Wan Hao, hoping that she can love him in her place after she passes away. Qing Qing and Wan Hao meet at a café, and unable to control her curiosity, Xuan Xuan goes to the café under the guidance of A Mao (played by Chuan Dao Maki). What she sees before her are the harmonious images of Qing Qing and Wan Hao being intimate; they feel like they've known each other for a long time and have a great conversation. Although this is precisely what Xuan Xuan hoped to see, she still feels an indescribable bitterness and conflict in her heart.
