In a small town far from the hustle and bustle of the city, there stands a fully enclosed church-style girls' school. The enchanting Tsukimori Aya (played by Nakajo Ayami), with a charm that captivates souls, is adored by countless girls, but she eventually becomes extremely indifferent, locking herself in her dormitory and not stepping outside. Meanwhile, a terrifying curse spreads among the students; girls who kiss Aya's photo encounter horrible apparitions and subsequently begin to disappear one after another. As the situation escalates, large-scale incidents of fainting and girls drowning by the lake create panic. Fuka (played by Morikawa Aoi), who tragically loses her friend, vents her anger on Aya, only to discover that Aya is also a victim of the curse. To end the curse, Fuka and Aya join forces to uncover the truth, racing against time with death on their heels... This film is adapted from the game of the same name.
