In 1977, Germany was in the midst of the Cold War. A girl named Patricia wanted to join the revolution and left the renowned top dance school in Berlin—the Markus Dance Academy. Before leaving Berlin, she visited her psychiatrist Joseph. Joseph became suspicious of what she said about the dance troupe, prompting memories of his late wife. Soon after, Patricia disappeared. Another girl from America, Susie, came to Berlin to attend the Markus Dance Academy. The artistic director, Madame White, was very impressed with her performance and wanted to train her to be the next star to replace Patricia. Patricia's friends, Sarah and Olga, also informed Susie about what had happened in the dance troupe. Following Patricia's disappearance and Olga's mysterious death, Susie's arrival triggered a series of supernatural phenomena. As Susie gradually took over the lead role in the troupe, she began to act more and more strangely. Sarah also gradually discovered the bloody secrets hidden deep within the school. Joseph slowly began to unravel the dark history behind the academy led by Madame White. Everything that happened also documented a forgotten side of Berlin's history.
