 Synopsis
This film is based on the original work by Gu Long, with a script adapted by Ni Kuang and directed by Hua Shan. The story tells of how it is said that demons in the underworld transformed into a blood parrot using demon blood; if you can see it, you will have three wishes. The chivalrous rogue Ye Tingfeng (played by Bai Biao) has been chasing the truth about the blood parrot like other masters; meanwhile, the famous detective from the Central Plains, 'Iron Hand Ruthless' Tie Hen (played by Liu Yong), is closely investigating the sudden theft of thirteen boxes of jewelry from the royal mansion overnight.
