In 1890, British woman Cornelia Lock (Brontë) came to the famous American Midwest, wanting to take revenge on the man she believed was responsible for her son's death. During this time, she met Eli Whipple (Spencer), a former cavalry scout and member of the Pawnee tribe, and they joined forces to uncover their shared history—if either of them wanted to survive, they would have to defeat it at all costs.
