Ma Xin, due to her husband's early death and her adult children leaving home, lives as if she is a single woman. Having been retired for many years, she sleeps until late every day before dining with friends, feeling at ease and satisfied. To outsiders, her daily life seems carefree, but she feels bored, and looking at the couples on the street, loneliness wells up in her heart. Until she encounters a shy taxi driver, as if she met another lonely soul, she spontaneously invites him to her home for the night, serving her signature cake paired with fine wine, reliving the dance music of her youth.
