The film tells the story set in a desolate desert where power is everything. Bounty hunter Ye Feng accepts a mission from He Siye to avenge his son, killing the murderer and stealing a bag of gold. However, this bag of gold was illegally obtained by the murderer from the gambling den of the desert overlord, San Ge. Enraged, San Ge sends his subordinate Zhao He and others to hunt down Ye Feng, leading them to the 'Mind Your Own Business' motel run by Jiu Niang. During this time, Ye Feng and San Ge's subordinate Liu Shengyan develop feelings for each other. The small motel gathers various forces attracted by the gold, and when everyone is trapped inside due to a massive sandstorm, the gold suddenly goes missing, shattering the surface calm and plunging everyone into suspicion and bloodshed.
