This is a film set against the backdrop of the Pacific War during World War II. The language of the wind refers to the radio waves carrying countless secrets during the war. Each wind talker bears high-level military secrets. Ben Yahzee (played by Adam Beach) is one such wind talker. Marine Joe Enders (played by Nicolas Cage) is ordered to protect Ben Yahzee and the secrets in the waves. How will Joe Enders protect his comrades and national secrets in the pivotal Battle of Saipan? What choices will he face? This film may provide us with some reflections on war.
