Another cold-blooded killer who can kill without blinking has emerged in the world, destined to stir up a storm. The assassin nicknamed 'The Marksman' is nearly always accurate, making him the go-to choice for all the world's terrorist organizations offering high pay for his services. At the same time, the British military has dispatched 007 Bond (played by Roger Moore) to retrieve a highly efficient solar energy converter that can convert 95% of solar energy (the consequences would be unimaginable if such a powerful weapon fell into the hands of terrorists). To thwart 007's actions, the terrorist organization has hired The Marksman at a high salary to deal with him. In the end, who will emerge victorious, and will 007 be able to successfully complete his mission?
