The gifted stuttering teenager Qin Feng (played by Liu Haoran) fails to get into the police academy and is sent by his grandmother to Thailand to find his distant cousin—Tang Ren (played by Wang Baoqiang), who claims to be 'the best detective in Chinatown' but is actually a lewd uncle, for a vacation. Unexpectedly, after a night of debauchery, Tang Ren becomes a suspect in a bizarre murder case and has to go on the run with Qin Feng... They are pursued by the relentless detective Huang Lanten (played by Chen He), the incredibly lucky policeman Kuntai (played by Xiao Yang), a ruthless gangsters trio, the inscrutable godfather of Chinatown, and the beautiful and seductive boss Ah Xiang (played by Tong Liya)! In seven days! Tang Ren and Qin Feng must complement each other's strengths and unite against a common enemy! Can they evade the police pursuit, survive the gangster's assassination, and fend off the mob's siege to complete the daunting tasks of finding the lost gold and uncovering the true murderer to clear their names in just seven days?
