Heroic police officer Chan Ka-Kui (Jackie Chan) is back. However, his fiery and outspoken personality leads to a fierce argument with his boss over his dissatisfaction with the release of a highly dangerous criminal, and he angrily resigns. While away from police life, Ka-Kui and his girlfriend go on a trip, but during this time, a phone company receives a bomb threat. Unable to ignore it, Ka-Kui rushes to the scene to investigate the case. Unfortunately, just when things seemed to calm down, chaos erupts again.
