Li Hsiu-hsien is a representative figure in Hong Kong's police films, portraying various police roles vividly. This film is his work as a writer, director, and actor, and it focuses on the 'Anti-Drifting Team', known as the Flying Tiger Team of the Ministry of Transport, attempting to combine the life stories of police films with the thrilling scenes of car chases, thereby increasing the film's entertainment value, but it only achieved average results. The plot depicts Senior Inspector Lee Kin of the Anti-Drifting Team who meets the innocent and lively kindergarten student Bobby while on patrol. However, he is severely injured in a traffic accident, leading Lee Kin to despise those reckless motorcycle riders even more. Wealthy young man Billy returns to Hong Kong from abroad with nothing to do, enjoys reckless driving, disregarding traffic laws, and even ends up killing a traffic police officer who was working at a roadblock during a collision.
