Han Jeong-sik (played by Jung Jae-yong) is a man who does not like change. In his life, whether big or small matters, Jeong-sik meticulously records them in his planner and strictly follows his plans. Besides this, Jeong-sik has a cleanliness obsession that far exceeds normal standards, and figuring out how to survive in a world full of bacteria and viruses becomes his biggest challenge. Jeong-sik's fussy personality has caused him a lot of trouble, and the most painful fact he struggles with is that, despite being of a considerable age, he remains single. By chance, Jeong-sik meets a girl named Lee Ji-won (played by Han Ji-min), whose liveliness and cheerfulness catch his attention. However, what drives Jeong-sik crazy is that Ji-won is a carefree and messy girl in her daily life. Their completely opposite personalities do not extinguish the spark of love in Jeong-sik's heart, and thus begins a romantic comedy filled with laughter and tears.
