In Hong Kong during the 1960s and 70s, corruption was rampant among the police, and the underworld was thriving. It was during these glory days that Chan Wah (played by Liu Qingyun) met his friends Lau Ba (played by Lam Ka Tim), Maotzi (played by Zhang Jin), and a group of brothers. Chan Wah was regarded as the leader of the 'Thirteen Tigers of Tsz Wan Shan,' full of bravado. He also met his lifelong love, Ka Yau (played by Jiang Yiyan), and shared the sweetest moments of his life with her. Unfortunately, good times do not last; Chan Wah was pursued by gangs for secretly trafficking drugs. Fortunately, with the help of the anti-drug task force leader, Ha Lei (played by Louis Koo), who was both an enemy and friend, he escaped death but ultimately could not escape the law. After being released from prison, he faced the death of his father and the disappearance of his girlfriend Ka Yau. Burdened with guilt, Chan Wah had an epiphany about his past mistakes and resolved to turn his life around. Not only did he actively participate in youth drug rehabilitation work, earning honors as one of the Ten Outstanding Young Persons, but he also helped steer Lau Ba and Maotzi back on the right path and often intervened to mediate conflicts in the underworld, earning respect from both sides. After attending a drug rehabilitation seminar in Japan, Chan Wah unexpectedly reunited with Ka Yau on the street. He is determined to rekindle their relationship, but can he easily dismantle the bomb of his feelings?
