 Synopsis
A decade has passed in the blink of an eye, and the war between humans and the insect race is in full swing, becoming increasingly intense. One day, Air Force Marshal Omar Anok (played by Stephen Hogan) arrives at a distant farm on Earth, Rokushan, for an inspection, accompanied by Colonel Johnny Rico (played by Casper Van Dien). During this time, Anok's mind is controlled by the Bug King, and he cuts off the power to the quarantine zone, leaving the base completely unprotected. That night, the insects launch a full-scale assault on the quarantine zone. Despite a valiant resistance from the Earth military, they are ultimately outnumbered and defeated, leading to the fall of the base. Anok escapes with his loyal followers, and their ship crash-lands on planet OM-1. Rico is court-martialed and sentenced to execution for his dereliction of duty, but is saved at the last minute by a covert government agency. Anok knows the secret location of the Federation fleet base, which would be catastrophic if discovered by the insect race. Therefore, high-ranking government officials ask Rico to assemble a team to rescue the trapped Anok.
