 Synopsis
Fast food worker A-Yin (Stephen Chow) encounters A-Li (Zhong Liti), who is training in Japanese karate at a martial arts school, and falls in love at first sight. After being humiliated by the martial arts instructor Lin Guobin, who also likes A-Li, A-Yin feels too weak and decides to become the disciple of Uncle Da (Ng Man Tat), who calls himself the 'Devil Muscle Man.' At first, Uncle Da only wants to trick A-Yin out of his money, but he is eventually moved by A-Yin's kindness and determination and begins to teach him ancient Chinese martial arts. When A-Li is intercepted by bad guys, A-Yin, wearing a Garfield mask, comes to her rescue. In a moment of panic, he rolls down from a high platform holding the thug, inadvertently creating the 'Invincible Wind Fire Wheel,' but afterward, Lin Guobin takes credit for it. To prove his strength, A-Yin registers for a fighting competition to duel Lin Guobin, hoping to win A-Li's heart once again.
