Time flies, and in the blink of an eye, Eggsy (played by Taron Egerton) has grown into an outstanding and reliable agent. His relationship with Princess Tilde (played by Hanna Alström) has also intensified, and the two are on the brink of stepping into marriage. Just at this crucial moment, former agent Charlie (played by Edward Holcroft) returns. Now, he works for a drug cartel called 'The Golden Circle,' and its leader, Poppy (played by Julianne Moore), is an evil and ambitious woman. Charlie discovers all of Kingsman's bases and uses missiles to destroy them all. The surviving Eggsy and Merlin (played by Mark Strong) travel all the way to the United States to seek help from federal agents stationed there. Poppy has planted a type of cannabis containing toxins and is distributing it worldwide. As the toxins begin to take effect on the addicts, Poppy uses this as leverage to formally declare war on the government.
