Guan Zhengkang (played by Zhang Yaoyang) is a gangster whose girlfriend has an affair with the boss of his gang. Feeling frustrated, he decides to take revenge on the boss and later escapes to Thailand. On the plane, he accidentally meets the mysterious SAM (played by Huang Peixia), and they both head to Thailand together. Upon arrival, Guan and SAM are unexpectedly attacked, and in the chaos, they lose contact with each other. It turns out that SAM is a subordinate sent by JOJO to steal Soviet military chips from Hong Kong, and to ensure the smooth transportation of the chips, SAM goes so far as to insert the chips into Guan's body. On the other hand, the Thai general Cai Feng is also eyeing the chips and begins to chase Guan and others relentlessly. In adversity, Guan and SAM develop feelings for each other. JOJO decides to make a deal with the seller, but Cai intends to kill JOJO. SAM learns everything and prepares to rescue JOJO on her own...
