Eight years after Chucky was melted down, the toy company considered reintroducing the "Good Guy" dolls to boost sales. They recovered the remains of Chucky from that time and recreated him to bring him back to life. In order to complete a soul transfer, the resurrected Chucky killed the company president and vanished into the night. Andy (played by Justin Whalin) has been living in foster care for eight years, and now he attends a military school. The terrifying memories Chucky left him with still linger, and dealing with the strict Assistant Colonel Sheldon (played by Travis Fine) is not easy. Chucky mails himself to the military school to find Andy, but is unexpectedly claimed by Private Tyler. Chucky believes his body has been reborn and he can escape the fate of needing to possess Andy's body, so he reveals his secret to Tyler and plans to take over Tyler's body. Andy cannot stand by while his peers are harmed, and he again confronts Chucky...
