In a large hospital in Hong Kong, Chief Surgeon Tong Qian (played by Zhao Wei) has just completed her routine rounds. The series of surgeries has left her extremely tense, and the unsatisfactory postoperative conditions of some patients have added immense pressure to her mental state.
