After a 23-year absence from the film industry, Alejandro Jodorowsky brings forth a trove of surreal treasures, using his life as a blueprint and allowing his own son to embody the essence of existence. From childhood shadows to the pursuit of growth, all desires, dances, and rituals of faith are transformed into lavish and intricate visual elements, presenting a series of absurdly humorous and unsettling soul explorations, reminiscent of a cult version of "8½", more bizarre than "The Holy Mountain", and delving deeper into the soul than "The Mole". This is an experimental biographical film, not fiction, as all the characters, scenes, and events are real, yet through Jodorowsky's narrative guidance, it compels us to stretch our imagination, approach our limits, and seize the possibilities of all transformations and evolutions.
