The notorious group "Soul-Collecting Five Tigers" has committed numerous crimes, killing mercilessly. Their leader has been captured by Governor Zhang, and will soon be executed. The other four tigers, in a desperate move, kidnapped Governor Zhang's son, Zhang Buqing, to use as leverage. Zhang Buqing's sister, Zhang Xiyan (played by Zheng Peipei), is highly skilled in martial arts, earning her the nickname "Golden Swallow." To save her brother, Zhang Xiyan boldly enters the tiger's den, but the villains are exceptionally cunning; she fails to rescue her brother and nearly loses her life. At a critical moment, the hidden hero in the jianghu, Fan Dabi (played by Yue Hua), comes to her rescue. Fan Dabi was once a practitioner at a temple, and his senior brother, Master Liao Kong, killed their master to seize the position of leader. Before dying, the master entrusted the symbol of leadership of the Beggar's Sect to Fan Dabi. Out of loyalty to his brotherhood, Fan has since concealed his identity and roams the jianghu under the alias "Drunken Cat." This time, the Soul-Collecting Five Tigers have teamed up with Master Liao Kong, intent on eradicating both Golden Swallow and Fan Dabi...
