Gu Shi (played by Zhang Liang) and Qian Xiaoqiong (played by Dong Jie) were college lovers who started their romantic life passionately and quickly, living together. However, due to misunderstandings and unexpected events in their youth, especially a 'fatal' misunderstanding, they eventually went their separate ways, and Qian Xiaoqiong decided to move to Australia. Six years later, time has passed, and Qian Xiaoqiong has become a mother to a son named Xiao Tian (played by Zhang Yuexuan). Gu Shi, on the other hand, has a new girlfriend. At a friend's wedding, Gu Shi and Qian Xiaoqiong unexpectedly reunite. Xiao Tian, curious about his biological father Gu Shi, especially in the context of having a comfortable life but lacking paternal love, wants to learn more about Gu Shi. Xiao Tian is a mature and clever child who starts a series of creative actions to try and bring his mother and Gu Shi back together, hoping to have a more complete family. This plot setup typically involves hilarious scenes and misunderstandings, forming a joyful and touching 'family comedy.'
