One day, the beggar Xue Pinggui (played by Zhang Chenguang) unexpectedly encounters Wang Baochuan (played by Zhang Yuyuan), the beloved daughter of the current imperial censor Wang Wen, and they participate together in a dining competition, ultimately winning first place.
