Land issues are solved with good housing. Charlie (played by Chan Ka Lok) is an ambitious young real estate agent who fortuitously leaves his job to join a real estate company run by Gordon (played by Cheung Kwok Keung) and Lucy (played by Gung Chi Yan). Soon, Charlie discovers that the success of this new company relies on buying haunted houses at low prices and selling them at high prices. Nevertheless, Charlie cannot resist the temptation of hefty commissions and decides to bury his conscience by selling these haunted houses to customers, even to his ex-girlfriend Shermaine (played by Tong Ka Man) and his good buddy Earnest (played by Mak Chi Lok), allowing them to be haunted by ghosts...
