Shy and introverted, Hira (played by Riku Hagiwara), who has no friends in class, falls in love at first sight with the 'King' Kiyoki (played by Yusei Yagi), who possesses unbeatable beauty and overwhelming popularity. After several ups and downs, they finally manage to see through the clouds and become lovers, starting a happy cohabitation. As graduation approaches, Hira begins working as an assistant to a renowned photographer, while Kiyoki emerges as a rising actor gaining attention. However, Hira, who does not want to become an obstacle in Kiyoki's acting career, starts to gradually distance himself from Kiyoki. Hira sees Kiyoki as a precious existence akin to a 'god', while Kiyoki only wants to be a 'normal couple' with Hira. Consequently, the gap between them gradually widens due to their inability to bridge their different thoughts.
