Frank is a robber. He escapes from prison just to hunt down a former cellmate, because his wife and daughter were framed by that cellmate, who also pinned the label of a serial killer on Frank. A female police officer named Claire starts to track Frank, making her the number one enemy as well. As they chase others, they are also being followed; who is the prey and who is the hunter?
