This film tells the story of the 10th century, when under the rule of Sundara Chola, the Chola dynasty transformed the southern part of the Indian peninsula into a prosperous land. His son Prince Adiya and Rajaraja successfully conquered Ganjipalam and Lanka. King Veerapandiya of the Pandya dynasty was killed in battle against Prince Adiya, leading a group of loyal Pandya warriors to seek revenge for their king. Meanwhile, a group of Chola leaders conspired to usurp Adiya's throne and support his uncle Madhurantakam to become king, with the rebellion led by the Chola dynasty's finance minister, Periya. Everything is urgent, as Prince Adiya must defeat the armies of the Rashtrakuta dynasty, address the threat from the Pandyas, and counter Periya's conspiracy.
