A Hong Kong comedy film based on "Sex and the City." Selina Wang Chuqiao (played by Carina Lau) is a successful career woman and a psychologist, but her multiple unsuccessful romantic experiences have led her to develop a fear of marriage. She forms a "Gossip Girls" group with several single women, including the sharp-tongued but inexperienced writer Guan Dexian (played by Athena Chu), the wild and thrill-seeking Ni Xian (played by Jeana Ho), and the fierce and skilled defender of justice, Mark (played by Mavis Pan). On their bumpy journey in love, each faces various emotional challenges. Selina meets the gang leader Ren Chujio (played by Tony Leung Ka-Fai) and helps her ex-boyfriend (played by Danny Chan)'s daughter Yuki (played by Cecilia Cheung) turn her life around from being a bad girl; Guan Dexian navigates between critic Shi Daban (played by Kwan Hoi-Saan) and handsome college student Stone (played by Edison Chen); Ni Xian finds herself matched against a bold man from the mainland (played by Lu Yi); while Yuki secretly develops feelings for bodyguard Xu Jin (played by Andy Hui). No matter how thrilling the journey is, in the end, all the women find their perfect love.
