The film mainly tells the story of the jungle treasure-hunting team led by Lu Yuan (played by Liu Lincheng), Shen Chen (played by Chen Ruoxi), and Scar (played by Wang Shengli), who, in search of the dragon vein of Kunlun Ruins, venture into the primeval jungle to snatch the 'Eye of Kunlun.' Under attack from various financial magnates, they evade relentless pursuers, break through mysterious illusions, and uncover the millennia-old mystery of Kunlun Dragon Cave. Guided by the 'Eye of Kunlun,' the treasure-hunting team travels day and night towards the sensing direction, but every step they take is fraught with danger. They face a murderous, primitive mysterious clan, the haunting stone beasts of the forest, flesh-eating ghost butterflies from the underworld, and a suddenly resurrected millennial divine dragon... Everywhere is mysterious and bizarre, and before they can explore the mysterious power behind it all, another strange disaster strikes. Everything seems to be hinting at something...
